What we collect
When you submit the form: name, email, optional organisation and your message (including the project details you fill in). Do not send sensitive personal data such as health information or CVs.
How it is handled
The form is sent to a PHP script on our web hosting account (Hostinger), which forwards the content as email to [email protected] via the host’s mail service. The script does not store the message in a database.
Abuse protection
To limit abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash of IP address and domain) and a counter in a temporary file outside the public web root. At most five attempts per 15 minutes; the entry is deleted after 15 minutes.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying. The email is kept as long as needed to follow up the enquiry and then deleted. We have not fixed a specific number of months.
Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookies. Your choice in the cookie dialog is stored in your browser’s localStorage. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You may request access, correction and erasure, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Write to [email protected].
